The engines are not difficult to assemble and are very realistic. They can be used with rubber or electric power models. (not recommended for glow power). Kits include full instructions with pictures to help with assembly. Measurements are listed as the diameter (inches) of the radial engine. This should make it easier for you to choose the proper size for the part to be worked on, no matter the manufacturer of the kit. Measures 2-5/8".
